What is Milk Thistle?

Milk Thistles are thistles of the genus Silybum Adans: flowering plants of the daisy family(Asteraceae). It is commonly found growing wild in a variety of settings, including roadsides. The dried fruit (also called achenes) are used to produce modern herbal extracts. They contain a flavonoid complex known as silymarin.

Milk Thistle Extract 35:1 163mg Providing 80% Silymarin 130.4mg.

Other Ingredients: 
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stone Ground Rice, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions for Use

Take three capsules daily with meals.
